Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled O365 Support L2 professional with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Office 365 support. The ideal candidate will have a background in Computer Science or IT, with strong expertise in Exchange Online, ADFS, WAP, Entra Connect, and Defender for Office 365.

An OEM certification or authorized training partner certification in the primary skill set is mandatory. The candidate should have experience with license assignment, report extraction, and working knowledge of additional technologies such as AAD, Windows server administration, SCCM, Active Directory, software deployment, and patch management.

Responsibilities :

- Office 365 Support: Provide advanced support for Office 365, including Exchange Online, ADFS, WAP, Entra Connect, and Defender for Office 365.

- Technical Helpdesk: Handle technical helpdesk queries and provide resolutions for various Office 365 issues.

- Certification Requirement: Maintain OEM certification or authorized training partner certification in the primary skill set.

- Exchange Online Management: Manage Exchange Online environments, including license assignment and report extraction.

- Knowledge Enhancement: Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Office 365 and related technologies.

- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Office 365 services.

- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Office 365.

- User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of Office 365 services.

- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedural guides.

Required Qualifications :

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Office 365 support.

- Certification: OEM certification or authorized training partner certification in the primary skill set is mandatory.

- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Exchange Online, ADFS, WAP, Entra Connect, and Defender for Office 365.

- Technical Helpdesk Skills: Proficiency in handling technical helpdesk queries and providing solutions.

- Exchange Online: Experience in managing Exchange Online, including license assignment and report extraction.

Desirable Qualifications :

- Additional Knowledge: Knowledge in Azure Active Directory (AAD), Windows Server administration.

- SCCM Skills: Experience with SCCM configuration and administration, operating systems, Active Directory, software package deployment, patch management, monitoring, and reporting.

- Certification: Relevant certification in SCCM, Windows Server, or related technologies.

- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both oral and written, to interact effectively with users and technical teams.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies and processes.
