We are hiring Veterinary Officer for one of the reputed organization for their unit in Bihar location.


Location: Ratnagiri, Maharashtra


Experience: Fresher to 5 years


Job Responsibilities:


 Overall Monitoring Responsibility of District.

 Representing JK Trust at District level.

 Close monitoring of ARDO/RDO and instruct them accordingly.

 Coordination between ARDO/RDO and State/Division Office to plan

and achieve the target.

 Having knowledge of Animal husbandry practices, Communication

with cooperative dairy members of rural area.

 Organizing Treatment Camps for animals & providing them

medicines as per requirement.

 Organizing vaccination as well as infertility camps along with regular

checkup of animals.

 Technically observe every aspect of Artificial Insemination done by

Gopal and providing necessary treatment to animal if required.

 Instructing proper care & management of pregnant animal to the

farmer along with special dietary requirement as per growth stage of

animals.

 Disease diagnosis & treatment in the field.

 Handling of cases in the field like String Hault , Prolapse of Uterus,

Retention of Placenta, Bloat tympany, Food Poisoning & dystocia

etc.

 Providing dewormer to the calves by giving dose as per there body

conditions.

 Laisoning with govt officers as well as VAS/ LDO at the time of Calf

Verification.

 Should be aware of National and State Breeding policy of different

states. Must have knowledge Sex sorted semen of different breed,

its availability, procurement and their uses.

 Organize and plan Extension Meetings, calf rallies.

 Organize visit of District level Govt. Officers and public

representative

 Liasoning with District/Block level Officers & public representative.


 Project management at District level and ensuring availability of all

necessary equipment’s and materials.

 Attend Paravet / Gopal monthly Meeting and analyze performance

of Gopal/RDO wise and instructing them accordingly.

 Cross checking of reports, Gopal/MOs attendance/Expenses and

submitting for salary preparation to Reporting Manager.

 Conducting review meeting of Monitoring Officers.

 Solve problem (if any) in Operation of ILDC.

 Daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Reporting Manager.

 Maintaining and updating all reports at district level and planning for

poor performing ILDC.

 Process documentation of activities and success Story/Events for
