Responsibilities

  • 1, Responsible for the factory talent training, salary incentive and performance management
  • 2, Staff performance evaluation management.
  • 3, Responsible for the establishment and implementation of human resource management systems such as talent recruitment, development and training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and corporate culture.

4, responsible for the systematic construction of worker management, and do a good job in employee localization and employee turnover management.

Qualifications

  • 1, Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years HR working experience
  • 2, Familiar with local labor laws and regulations in India
  • 3, Familiar with 2-3 modules in talent recruitment, development and training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, employee relations and corporate culture

4, familiar with Chinese/English is preferred.
