Position: GIS Specialist

Location: Chennai, India

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position: We are seeking an experienced GIS Specialist with a strong background in GIS data development and analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience and be proficient in a range of GIS software and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage GIS data to support various projects.
  • Perform advanced spatial data analysis using ArcGIS Pro.
  • Create and maintain maps and data sets on ArcGIS Online.
  • Design and implement interactive dashboards using ArcGIS Dashboard.
  • Administer and configure ArcGIS Enterprise solutions.
  • Utilize Python scripting for automation and customization within the ArcGIS suite.
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform to enhance GIS capabilities and integrate with other business processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in GIS.
  • Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Dashboard, and ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Strong programming skills, particularly in Python for ArcGIS.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
