Below is the Job Description:


Designation: Manager / Sr. Manager - Corporate Social Responsibility


Job Purpose:

Development and Implementation of CSR strategies & initiatives within the organization. The incumbent will also work with various departments to drive and manage employee volunteering activities.


Experience Required:

8 -10 years of experience with corporates, MNCs, corporate foundations or Relevant work experience in CSR, community engagement, or related fields


Key Responsibilities:


  • End-to-end management of CSR programs including program design, partnership development, execution, monitoring & reporting aligned to CSR policy and Annual Action Plan to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act.
  • Driving budget & monitoring spending to deliver results in line with planned objectives
  • Lead the execution of CSR programs and conduct periodic program reviews to assess program impact outcomes and efficacy
  • Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and governance processes.
  • Managing CSR budget – including deployment planning, maintaining documentation in line with regulatory and governance guidelines
  • Promote employee volunteering initiatives in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in engagement efforts to build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior executives, department heads, employees at corporate, resorts & branches to gain support and commitment for CSR initiatives and employee volunteering.
  • Support in improving and maintaining transparent and credible reporting mechanisms to track and communicate CSR performance internally and externally
  • Collaborate with the Mahindra Group to scale up the Women’s Economic Empowerment initiative
  • Support data collection, analysis, and evaluation efforts to assess the effectiveness and outcomes of CSR initiatives by preparing regular reports, presentations, and communication materials to update stakeholders on CSR progress, achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement


Experience Required: 8 -10 years of experience with corporates, MNCs, corporate foundations or Relevant work experience in CSR, community engagement, or related fields
