Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will: Plan, launch, optimize, and scale performance marketing campaigns onMeta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and/or TikTok Ads . Conduct weekly performance analysis and transform data into clear insights and action steps. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure ad messaging and targeting strategy are aligned. Manage budgets responsibly to maximize ROAS while reducing wasted spend. Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, policy updates, and emerging media-buying strategies. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:Have experience inmedia buying, performance marketing, PPC, or direct-response advertising . Think systematically, communicate with clarity, and make decisions based ondata and context . Are proactive, independent, yet collaborative and open to constructive dialogue.
