The role involves developing and executing risk management frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations, conducting risk assessments, and providing strategic insights to mitigate business risks in insurance and investment banking sectors. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify financial, operational, and regulatory risks, while enhancing the overall enterprise risk management processes.Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across the organization, including operational, financial, Legal and compliance risks.Analyze risk trends and patterns to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute effective risk mitigation strategies.a) Collect, clean, and analyze risk-related data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. b) Create detailed risk reports and dashboards to provide real-time insights to stakeholders. c) Present findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.Collaborate closely with Manager/Sr Manager, operations, and other departments to understand risk-related challenges and provide tailored solutions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.Support Manager/Sr Manager in embedding risk management into planning and decision-making processes.Monitor the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and recommend improvements.Qualifications Proficiency in Enterprise Risk Management and applying risk frameworks within corporate organizations Strong background in Finance with expertise in Financial Services and the insurance/investment banking sectors Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate, identify, and mitigate business risks effectively Thorough understanding of Regulatory Compliance and alignment with industry standards Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience in a management or leadership role within risk management or financial operations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field
