Job Description


The Adobe Workfront Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Adobe Workfront for our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Adobe Workfront, strong project management skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to ensure the platform meets business needs and enhances productivity.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or consulting roles, focusing on Adobe Workfront.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Lead the implementation of Adobe Workfront, ensuring it is configured to meet the organization's specific needs.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to align with business processes.
  • Integrate Adobe Workfront with other enterprise tools and systems as needed.
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Workfront solutions.
  • Provide training and support to users to ensure they can effectively use Adobe Workfront.
  • Monitor and manage the progress of Workfront-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Continuously analyse and optimize Workfront configurations to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices of Adobe Workfront and implement them as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns related to Adobe Workfront.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to review Workfront's performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Adobe Workfront configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into project performance and resource utilization.
