We are currently hiring for our player relations team in our blended process. The role involves a 5-day work week with rotational shifts.


Job Responsibilities-


  • Deliver extraordinary customer service by responding to customer concerns regarding customer accounts.
  • Should have excellent communication and English language skills (written and verbal) with good typing speed.
  • Process customer requests in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction with Inbound and Outbound calls/emails/chat.
  • Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction that results in measurable Customer value.
  • Document necessary account information and offer custom solutions that benefit the customer.
  • Deliver extraordinary results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.
  • Balance customer interests with the interests of the company
  • Resolve all customer queries and follow established problem ticket recording procedures as appropriate.
