Job Title: AMS - Java + Production Support

We are seeking experienced professionals for the position of Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) in our Java team.

About the Role:

As a member of our AMS team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our applications built using Java, Spring Boot, and Web Services.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Java-based applications using tools such as Eclipse and IntelliJ IDEA.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement new features.
  • Develop and deploy AWS-based solutions using EC2, RDS Aurora, S3, ECS, and other services.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient database solutions using Couchbase, Cassandra, and Kafka.
  • Collaborate with the development team to integrate Ping IAM with our application ecosystem.
  • Provide exceptional problem-solving skills to debug and resolve complex issues.
  • Be willing to work in shifts to ensure 24/7 application availability.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in a production support role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, and Web Services.
  • Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS Aurora, S3, ECS, and others.
  • Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Couchbase and Cassandra.
  • Understanding of event-driven architecture using Kafka.
  • Integration experience with Ping IAM.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
