Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and employee engagement. The role also involves ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, managing HR policies and procedures, and maintaining employee records.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with employees and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
