Role : Voice Support Engineer

Skills: 

• Installation of IP and TDM phones on requirement 
• Instant Voice support in auction room 
• Call recording backup file management for auction room as per defined policy. 
• Call recording backup file management for cube dialer as per defined policy. 
• Monitoring of CUCM , AVAYA IP and all PRI Creation of users and assignment of roles in CUCM. 
• Creation of users in Avaya.
• Troubleshooting IP Phone, TDM Phone, TDM Phone port mapping. 
• Video conferencing setup - client to client and collaboration (e.g. presentation).
• Install VC software in end-user machine who are not in MJ LAN. 
• Helping end-user on how to use VC.
• TCL conference bridge solution - database maintenance for allocation.
• Supporting issues during webex session.

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Academic Qualification: Graduation in any field/Diploma/BE/B.Tech/BCA
