Payroll implementation specialist – Singapore(Remote)

Payroll implementation specialist We are looking for aPayroll Administrator specializing in Singapore payrollwith3–5 years of experiencein managing payroll operations and compliance underSingapore’s local legislation . The role involves participating in theimplementation of our client’s HR solution , so prior experience inend-to-end HR/payroll system implementations(e.g., SAP, Workday, or similar platforms) is essential. Location:100% Remote (must work duringSingaporebusiness hours) Key Responsibilities Act as theclient-facing functional lead , supporting project kick-offs and leading requirements discussions. Work closely with clients to capture and finalize payroll configuration details. Identify deviations from standard payroll processes and coordinate with internal product teams for solution setup. Validate payroll solutions and integrations during testing cycles (UAT, parallel runs). Perform payroll data validations and ensure compliance with local legislation. Manage defect resolution and support integration issue fixes. Contribute to project planning, data mapping, and ongoing system updates. Ensure smoothknowledge transferto delivery and operational payroll teams. Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience withSingapore payrollandlocal compliance(taxation, labor laws, etc.). Proven experience inHR/payroll system implementations(SAP, Workday, or other HRIS platforms). Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to propose and evaluate alternative solutions.
