Roles & Responsibilities :

- Review and analyze system specifications.

- Analyze test results on database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability.

- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.

- Evaluate product code according to specifications.

- Interact with clients to understand product requirements.

- Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.

- Create logs to document testing phases and defects.

- Report bugs and errors to development teams.

- Help troubleshoot issues and ensure their resolution.

- Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing.

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements and Skills :

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester (Automation and Manual) or similar role.

- Strong working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility testing with various software programs.

- Hands-on experience in Web Browser Automation Testing and Frameworks.

- Proficiency in development/scripting with WebDriver-compatible languages such as Java, Python, or C# with Selenium WebDriver API and language-specific client libraries.

- Good understanding and experience with different Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android, Windows Phone).

- Knowledge and experience with JIRA tools.

- Experience in Automation API Testing and Database Testing is a plus.

- Experience in project management and QA methodology.

- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.

- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors efficiently.

- Proficiency in test management software and SQL.

- Excellent communication and verbal skills.

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
