Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau development and data visualization.

- Experience with Tableau Prep for data cleaning and transformation.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data sources (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, etc. ).

- Experience with Python or R for additional data analysis.

- Proficiency in Tableau : Strong experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining dashboards using Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.

- SQL Knowledge : Ability to write queries, joins, and aggregations for data extraction from relational databases.

- Data Storytelling : Ability to present complex data clearly and engagingly for different stakeholders.

- Dashboard Performance Tuning : Experience in optimizing extracts, calculations, and filters for smooth dashboard performance.

- Data Blending and Relationships : Experience integrating multiple datasets from different sources to create meaningful insights.

- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on data accuracy, visualization consistency, and UI design principles.

- Knowledge of Tableau Server administration and dashboard security settings.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into impactful dashboards.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with business stakeholders.
