About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Corporate Treasury & Family Office Relationship Manager to interact with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and corporate treasuries. The role involves managing investor relationships, creating and marketing fixed income solutions, and delivering customized investment products.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of family office requirements, debt instruments, and fixed income products.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Manage and develop strong relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and corporate treasury clients to understand investment requirements.
- Source and originate investment opportunities in fixed income products aligned to client needs.
- Oversee investor marketing activities including preparation of investor pitch materials, presentations, and product brochures.
- Organize and conduct investor webinars, roadshows, and events to promote debt product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to design tailored fixed income solutions and structured products for corporates and family offices.
- Assess client credit profiles and business models to propose appropriate debt structures and pricing.
- Close investment transactions by negotiating terms with investors and coordinating legal and compliance approvals.
- Onboard new family offices and corporate clients, ensuring KYC and documentation requirements are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of client portfolios in reporting systems and prepare customized internal reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor products to advise clients proactively.
- Serve as a single point of contact for key family office and corporate treasury clients.
Skillsets Required:
- In-depth knowledge of fixed income products, debt capital markets, structured credit solutions, and alternative credit products.
- Strong understanding of family office and corporate treasury investment needs.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical skills for credit assessment and deal structuring.
- Strong communication skills for creating presentations, investor materials, and reports.
- Experience in organizing investor events, webinars, and roadshows.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, compliance, legal, and operations teams.
- Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory frameworks related to wealth management.
- Proficiency in using CRM and portfolio reporting tools.
- Good negotiation and deal-closing skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a wealth management firm, corporate treasury function, or private banking environment (4-8 years).
- Strong network within family offices and corporate treasuries is a plus.
