Job Title : Communications and Social Media Manager / Brand Manager


Location: Delhi


Reports To: Senior Director - Marketing


Department: Brand Marketing


Employment Type: Full-Time


Work Type: Work from office


Position Overview:


The Communications and Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of content - social media, public relations, internal communications, and online reputation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, creativity, and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Social Media Management:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Cross Platform approach to build an engaged community and eventually drive brand affinity & leads.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.


2. PR & Advocacy:


  • Manage PR agency partners, oversee all KPIs, and ensure complete achievement of the KPIs month on month.
  • Lead and manage thought-leadership for key management profiles and for creating brand differentiation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate and manage media inquiries and interview requests.
  • Organize and oversee company events, press conferences, and activities.


3. Online Reputation Management:


  • Monitor online conversations and mentions of the company.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and negative reviews in a professional manner.
  • Implement strategies to improve the company’s online reputation.
  • Generate and analyze reports on online reviews and feedback.
  • Manage ORM agency partners, oversee all KPIs, and ensure complete achievement of the KPIs month on month.


4. Internal Communications:


  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
  • Create and distribute internal newsletters, memos, and other communications.
  • Plan and execute internal events and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to support internal communication needs.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related
  • 5+years of experience in social media management, public relations, or communications.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:


  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Experience with crisis communication and reputation management.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with internal communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
