Raghav Gandotra (Ex-Meta, Google) is a BITS Pilani & ISB alumnus with a decade of expertise in digital marketing, branding, and consumer engagement. His data-driven approach has been instrumental in scaling Patch Up in the competitive health & wellness industry.
Radhika Rajpal (Ex-Barclays, Microsoft, Strategy&) is an INSEAD MBA and LSR Economics graduate with a passion for health and innovation. She founded Patch Up to simplify wellness for modern consumers, making clean and effective supplementation effortless.

Patch up is India's pioneering healthcare supplement brand, revolutionising the delivery of essential nutrients through transdermal patches. Our patches represent a convenient and effective alternative to oral supplements, offering users a hassle-free way to meet their daily nutritional requirements. About the role
Are you passionate about driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing? At Patch up, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to optimise our digital campaigns, enhance user engagement, and maximise ROI for our D2C brand. What You'll Do:
1. Performance Marketing: Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, Swiggy IM etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for Patch up.
2. Data-Driven Insights: Work with data analysts to extract actionable insights from campaign performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
3. Customer-Centric Strategy: Understand consumer behavior and pain points, refining targeting and messaging to improve conversion rates and brand loyalty.
4. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by scaling paid campaigns, optimizing ad spend efficiency, and maximizing return on investment.
5. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
6. Creative Collaboration & Optimization: Work with the creative team to align messaging, visuals, and formats using data-driven insights and A/B testing to continuously refine ad performance and maximize conversions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital advertising for D2C brands.
- Proficiency in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and marketing automation software.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage budgets, scale campaigns, and drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
