Job Description :- Handling all the aspects of team administration tasks for HPUX- Level 2 Administration of HP UX servers- Performance monitoring and tuning on CPU & kernel.- Working user and client on sudo issues.- Knowledge on Patching activity.- Strong knowledge on HP superdomes, Npar & vPar concepts.- Strong knowledge on Service Guard Cluster- Strong troubleshooting skills on IO latency, unexpected server reboots, network latency etc- Strong skills in understanding nickel logs and analysis.- Job automation with crontab and looking into cron issues.- Monitoring System Performance of Virtual memory, System events, Swapping, Disk utilization, CPU utilization by running scripts.- Finding Root cause for the incidents and helping Problem management team to prepare a Root Cause Report for client review.- Skill to shape the work environment, setting strategy and overseeing operations- Experience in managing team and their activities- Excellent communication skills- ITIL knowledge and certification- Responsible for maintaining 100% Client's SLA.
