CLIENT SERVICING & BUSINESS MANAGER(Mix of Client Servicing, Business Lead Management & Creative Direction)Luxury Wedding Photography & Film Studio | MumbaiBefore You ApplyThis is an entry-to-mid-level position (typically 1–4 years of relevant experience).Salary will be aligned accordingly — not suited for senior or high-salary expectations.A valid passport is a must, as the role involves frequent travel across India and abroad.About UsWe are a luxury wedding photography and film studio, celebrated for crafting emotionally powerful stories wrapped in fashion-forward visuals.From palaces and private estates to faraway shores — wherever love takes us, we turn moments into timeless, stylish, and deeply personal narratives.At our core, we blend empathy with aesthetics, ensuring every couple not only receives beautiful imagery but also enjoys a seamless, thoughtfully curated journey.Role OverviewThis is a Mix role — equal parts:- Client Servicing → Be the single point of confidence for couples & families throughout their journey. - Business Lead Management → Handle inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, create proposals, and manage follow-ups — this is not a cold-calling role. - Creative Direction → Ensure moments aren’t missed, frames look their best, and storytelling stays true to the brand aesthetic.You are the bridge between emotion and execution — equally comfortable leading conversations with planners and clients, coordinating with creative teams, and guiding editors to align stories with intent.This is not a 9-to-5; it’s about ownership, stamina, and creating something unforgettable.Who Should Not ApplyHardcore client servicing profiles with no creative eyeFilmmakers/DOPs/Writers who only want to shootStylists who don’t understand storytelling or productionProduction managers with no client-facing experienceAnyone uncomfortable with high-pressure, travel-heavy wedding environmentsFreshers without relevant industry exposureCandidates expecting senior/leadership-level salary packages not aligned with a 2–5 year roleWho This Role Is ForSomeone mature yet fun, emotionally aware, and client-facingA professional who can manage client relationships end-to-end while shaping storytelling momentsA person with strong creative sensibility — understands films, photos, and aesthetics (not just logistics)Confident enough to direct a team with authority, yet approachable enough to build comfort with clientsHighly proactive, systematic, and organized — doesn’t need reminders or follow-upsPassionate about weddings and willing to work long hours during peak seasonKey Responsibilities- Act as the SPOC for assigned weddings — managing clients, expectations, and timelines - Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads, build rapport, and close bookings - Create proposals and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional - Lead on-floor execution → posing, styling, interviews, story arcs, ensuring nothing is missed - Work with planners, vendors, and venues to keep shoots smooth & timely - Lock freelancers, prep call sheets, manage backups & trackers - Guide editors → align films/photos with story & studio aesthetic - Manage client feedback cycles & ensure timely delivery - Contribute to moodboards, teaser/trailer ideas, and Insta campaignsQualifications & Skills- 2–5 years of experience in content, media, luxury events, or client servicing with creative sensibility - Prior experience in handling inbound leads, client meetings, or proposal creation - Strong storytelling + visual instinct (films, photos, aesthetics) - Excellent communicator — clients & teams take you seriously - Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for trackers, schedules & reporting - Proactive, self-driven, highly organized — should not require repeated follow-ups - Street-smart, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure - Must have a valid passport & be open to travel - Immediate joiners preferredWhat We OfferOwnership of weddings end-to-endTravel across stunning destinationsCreative + leadership freedomA respectful, drama-free, emotionally intelligent teamHow to ApplySend your CV + a short note to career@movieingmoments.inMust Include:- Current CTC - Expected CTC - Notice period - Must have a valid passport
