Job Title : Full Stack Application Architect.

Location : Chennai.

Job Type : Full-Time.

Experience Level : 10-15 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications aligning with business and technical requirements

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for application development

- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of web applications, ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver seamless solutions

- Develop and maintain reusable libraries, components, and services to enhance development efficiency

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks to streamline the software development lifecycle

- Ensure robust API design and integration, adhering to RESTful principles and best practices

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive innovation within the team

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of .NET and/or Java web framework.

- Strong experience on Angular and Type Script or React front end.

- Strong experience developing NodeJS APIs.

- Strong Experience defining standards and designing Web Applications and APIs.

- Hands-on strong experience in writing and optimizing SQLs and working with RDBMS and No-SQL databases.

- Proficient in C# and/or VB.NET, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems.

- Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP cloud (Web Application development).

- Extensive working experience in developing Rest APIs using Web API framework and SOAP APIs using WCF framework.

- Deep understanding and implementation experience using SOLID principles.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.

- Knowledge of concurrency patterns, Familiarity with the Mono framework.

- Experience with popular web application frameworks.

- Familiarity with Windows Presentation Framework if needed.

- Prior experience working in Agile methodologies.

- Experience working on solutioning, designing and working on Preproposal work.

- Excellent team management skills.

- Excellent communication and networking skills.

- Experience working closely with top level management.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills, Keen to learn newer technologies.

- Working in a dynamic environment, collaboration with other teams.

- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
