Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (plugins, workflows, web resources, PowerApps).- Customize and configure CRM to meet business requirements.- Work with .NET (C#), JavaScript/TypeScript, Dynamics CRM SDK, SQL Server for solution development.- Build and maintain SSIS packages, SSRS reports, LogicApps, FunctionApps for data integration and reporting.- Create technical design documents and perform development, debugging, and unit testing.- Manage installation, deployment, administration, and troubleshooting for both cloud (online) and on-premise versions.- Develop applications on Microsoft Power Platform (Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, Power Automate flows).- Build PCF controls using React JS and JavaScript.- Handle data migration and integration using SSIS, PowerQuery, and related tools.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable CRM solutions.- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong expertise in CRM customization, configuration, and deployment.- Proficiency in .NET (C#), Dynamics CRM SDK, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server.- Hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, LogicApps, FunctionApps.- Proven experience with Power Platform (Canvas apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate).- Strong knowledge of PCF Controls, React JS, JavaScript.- Experience in data migration/integration using SSIS, PowerQuery.- Ability to prepare technical design documents and perform effective testing.- Experience in both online and on-premise CRM environments.
