Product Analyst (Digital Collections - Unsecured) - Band: 3, Location - Gurgaon

Department: Collections - Retail Finance

Base Locations: Gurgaon - DT

State Responsibility: for the job:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to digital collections performance, user behaviour within the Indus App, and the effectiveness of alternate mandate setup journeys.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to digital collections, such as collection efficiency, user adoption rates, and customer satisfaction.

- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to inform product development and optimization efforts.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions related to digital collections.

2. User Journey Optimization:

- Analyze user flows within the Indus App and alternate mandate setup processes to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

- Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to gather feedback and understand user needs.

- Collaborate with the Program Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to improve the user experience and increase collection efficiency.

- Document user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for new features and enhancements.

3. Product Development Support:

- Assist the Program Manager in defining product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on data analysis, user feedback, and business goals.

- Work closely with technology teams to ensure that new features and enhancements are implemented effectively and meet business requirements.

- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that new features and enhancements meet quality standards.

4. Alternate Mandate Setup Focus:

- Analyze the performance of existing alternate mandate setup processes (e.g., e-mandate, UPI mandate).

- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the alternate mandate setup experience for customers.

- Work with relevant teams (e.g., technology, operations, risk) to implement changes to the alternate mandate setup process.

- Monitor and track the adoption and effectiveness of alternate mandates in improving collection efficiency.

5. Competitive Analysis:

- Research and analyze competitor offerings and best practices in digital collections.

- Identify opportunities to differentiate [Name of NBFC]'s digital collections strategy and offerings.

6. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, marketing, and risk.

- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

- Present data and insights in a compelling and actionable manner.

Education: Graduate or Post Graduate

Management Skills: Self-Driven, Self-Motivated

Soft Skills: Should have good knowledge of computers- Excel, Word, PPT, email communication.
