The role involves managing leads, strengthening client relationships, supporting trade show activities, and executing digital marketing tasks to drive visibility and growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Management- Identify new leads using LinkedIn, industry platforms and Trade Show contacts - Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate samples, and drive structured follow-ups - Build and maintain strong client relationships; - Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers, and customer databasesDigital Marketing & Research- Use Mintel, Volza, and market intelligence tools for trend analysis and opportunity mapping - Assist in creating marketing content: product sheets, presentations, newsletters, LinkedIn posts - Work with design/agency teams to execute digital campaigns and marketing collateralTrade Show Marketing- Support planning and execution of events such as CPHI, Vitafoods, In-Cosmetics - Manage pre-show outreach: sending invites, scheduling meetings, updating CRM - Assist on ground with lead capture and booth coordination - Execute post-show follow-up emails, samples, and documentationQualifications- 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or cosmeceutical markets (preferred) - Ability to present, negotiate, and manage customer interactions professionally - Familiarity with sales & marketing tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace - Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred)Why Work With Us- Opportunity to work with industry-leading botanical APIs and active ingredients - Exposure to global customers, high-growth markets, and major international trade shows - Cross-functional learning across sales, marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations - Fast learning curve, high ownership, and a collaborative culture - Be part of a company known for innovation, quality, and sustainable manufacturing
