Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with product management, project management and development teams to gain a deep understanding of project and testing objectives.
  • Collaborate between onshore & offshore teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
  • Design and create test conditions, test data and test scripts to address business and technical use cases.
  • Utilize existing tools and techniques to execute test cases and develop new tools for testing/validation purposes.
  • Develop and lead automation strategies, generating scripts for automated testing cycles using Selenium & Cucumber.

Mandatory Skills:

  • 6+ years of experience in software test design and testing methodologies.
  • Proven track record of working in Capital/Financial Market/Investment Banking Projects.
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Strong experience in API testing.
  • Expertise in industry-standard automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber or similar.
  • Execute functional testing, regression testing, and automated testing for current systems and new developments.
  • Understand end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, code paths and behavioral characteristics of tested services.
  • Design, execute and analyze automation test scripts & test results.
  • Knowledge and experience with JIRA tool is essential.
