The candidate should be proficient inRevit Structures, Navisworks, and BIM workflows , with a strong understanding ofU.S. and U.K. building codes, standards, and project delivery methods . This role requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across time zones to ensure accurate, coordinated, and constructible models.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and managestructural BIM modelsin Revit for U.S. and U.K. commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. Interpret and applyU.S. codes (ACI, AISC, ASTM, ASCE)andU.K. standards (BS, Eurocodes, BRE, BSI PAS 1192) . Coordinate witharchitectural, MEP, and civil teamsto ensure model accuracy and resolve clashes. Producegeneral arrangement drawings, reinforcement detailing, and steel/concrete shop drawingsas per U.S. and U.K. standards. SupportLOD 300–400 model developmentfor design, coordination, and construction documentation. Conductclash detection and coordination reviewsusing Navisworks or similar tools. Maintain compliance withISO 19650 / PAS 1192and client-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Assist inquantity take-offs, schedules, and construction sequencing . Collaborate with international clients, consultants, and contractors in real-time. Required Skills & QualificationsDiploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. 3–6 years of BIM modeling experience , with at least2+ years on U.S. and/or U.K. projects . Strong expertise inAutodesk Revit Structures, Navisworks, AutoCAD ; knowledge of Civil 3D is a plus. Familiarity withU.S. (ACI, AISC, ASCE, ASTM)andU.K. (BS, Eurocodes, BRE, PAS 1192)structural standards. Experience insteel and concrete detailingfor international projects. Ability to work withglobal teams across time zones . Strong communication and documentation skills in English Preferred QualificationsExposure toBIM 360 / ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) . Knowledge ofU.S. and U.K. construction practices, RFI processes, and submittals . Experience withstructural analysis software(ETABS, STAAD. Pro, or SAP2000) is an advantage. Certification inAutodesk Revit / BIM Managementpreferred.Soft SkillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
