Role Description This is a contract role for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer. Located in Bengaluru. The Senior Hardware Design Engineer will be responsible for a methodical and challenge-ready Hardware Design Engineer to lead the schematic and PCB-level development of high-performance optoelectronic systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with analog front-end design, high-speed digital integration, and power delivery for laser-based applications. This role demands precision in component selection, layout strategy, and signal integrity across mixed-signal domains. Qualifications B.Tech./M.Tech. in Electronics/Electrical/Power Electronics Engineering or related fields with 7+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Experience with laser current drivers, GaN drivers, Photodetectors, TIAs, op-amps, comparators, Filters, LDO, SMPS and DC-DC converters. Proficiency in Hardware design, schematic capture and layout tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD) Strong foundation in analog/digital circuit design and PCB layout Familiarity with FPGA board design and high-speed signal routing Hands-on with lab validation tools: oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, logic analyzer, etc. Understanding of optoelectronic interfaces and photonics system constraints proficiency in Python, MATLAB and C/C++ What We Offer: We offer flexible working hours and a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
