Over the last decade, Sambodhi has trained over 5,000 professionals on M&E practices. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Researcher. The Associate Researcher will be responsible for supporting research projects, conducting data collection and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting in project execution. Additional responsibilities include designing and reviewing study methodologies, managing research databases, and contributing to the development of tools and frameworks for monitoring and evaluation. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality outputs for diverse development programs. Qualifications Research and analytical skills, including expertise in data collection, data analysis, and preparing detailed reports.Experience in project management, monitoring frameworks, and creating evaluation methodologies.Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to documentation and quality assurance.Familiarity with thematic areas such as public health, sanitation, renewable energy, or livelihoods is a plus.Proficiency with quantitative and qualitative research tools and software such as R, Python, NVivo, or SPSS is desirable.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote settings, meeting deadlines efficiently.
