You must be able to: Buildaesthetic, modern, fast-loading WordPress websites Performin-depth SEO(on-page, off-page, technical) Managecomplete SEO strategy ImplementAI-based website creation tools Troubleshoottechnical issues : indexing, sitemap, schema, speed optimization Work with global clients inside a marketing agency structure If you’ve ranked client websites on Google organically and built beautiful websites —you are the person we want .Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite DevelopmentBuildmodern, premium, aesthetic WordPress websites Customize themes, develop custom sections, optimize layouts Create landing pages & funnels optimized for conversions Fix technical issues (speed, responsiveness, caching, mobile performance) Integrate AI website-building tools (10Web, Durable, etc.)SEO Strategy & ExecutionConduct keyword research, competitor analysis, & content mapping Implement on-page SEO: titles, schema, meta tags, internal linking Execute off-page SEO: backlinks, outreach, authority building Manage technical SEO: indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals Run monthly audits & fix SEO issues independently Achieve ranking improvements (Page 1–2 target)Technical SkillsWordPress customization Elementor / Divi / WPBakery / Gutenberg Technical SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush) AI website builders (Durable, 10Web, Framer AI) Hosting, DNS, Cpanel, and migrations✔️Requirements✓ 3–5+ years of SEO + WordPress development experience ✓ Marketing/SEO agency experience ismandatory ✓ Proven results ranking client websites organically ✓ Strong knowledge ofon-page, off-page, technical SEO ✓ Expertise in WordPress development & optimization ✓ Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals ✓ Understanding of website UI/UX fundamentals ✓ Ability to independently manage SEO + web projects ✓ Must work full-time during EST time zone hours⭐Nice to HaveExperience withShopify Basic understanding of coding (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP) Experience with AI SEO tools (NeuronWriter, Surfer SEO, Frase) Knowledge of GA4, GTM, pixel setup Experience building funnels & CROWhat We Offer✨ Salary:₹6–8 LPA (based on experience & results) ✨ Work with international brands ✨ Full creative & technical freedom ✨ Access to premium SEO & web tools
