Medication Management– Prescribing and monitoring psychiatric medications based on patient needs. Detox Supervision– Overseeing medical detoxification for patients, ensuring safety, and managing withdrawal symptoms. Crisis Intervention– Handling psychiatric emergencies and managing patients in distress. Treatment Planning– Collaborating with the Clinical Psychologist, Counseling Psychologist, and other team members to create and adjust treatment plans. Family Communication– Conducting weekly family calls and updating status on Trello. Clinical Documentation– Ensuring all psychiatric assessments, prescriptions, and progress notes are documented properly. Consultation & Coordination– Consulting with senior Doctor’s regarding patient treatment plans when needed. Team Meetings– Attending team discussions with the Clinical Team, and other staff to review patient progress.
