The role involves managing and overseeing tax compliance processes, handling regulatory filings, conducting tax assessments, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide advisory support on tax-related matters, and manage client-specific compliance needs. Additionally, the role demands staying updated with regulations to identify opportunities for optimization and risk management.Qualifications- Proficient understanding of Tax Compliance, Regulatory Filings, and Tax Assessments - Excellent knowledge of Corporate Governance, Financial Control, and Advisory Support - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in handling Cross-Border Accounting - Exceptional communication, collaboration skills, and client management expertise - Proficient in tools and technology for tax and compliance reporting - Background in the finance or legal sector, with a focus on compliance-related roles, is preferred - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications such as CA/CPA/CS are an advantage - Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
