Ltd. is looking for a skilled and proactive E-commerce Management Expert to manage our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces, along with strong analytical and execution skills.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces - Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images) - Manage pricing, promotions, deals, and catalogue audits - Monitor order processing, return, and refund cases - Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth operations - Track account health & ensure marketplace compliance - Analyse weekly/monthly sales reports and provide performance insights - Identify growth opportunities and suggest strategies to improve visibility and salesRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or a relevant field - MBA/PGDM in Marketing/E-commerce is an added advantageExperience Requirements- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce account management - Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub - Experience handling listings, promotions, pricing, and catalogue management - Good understanding of marketplace policies and complianceTechnical Skills- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning) - Experience in product listing, keyword research & content optimisation - Ability to analyse sales performance, dashboards, and reports - Knowledge of order management and return/refund flowsSoft Skills- Strong communication and coordination abilities - Detail-oriented and highly organised - Problem-solving mindset - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Ownership attitude with a focus on resultsWhy Join Us?- Work remotely from anywhere in India - Dynamic work culture with growth opportunities - Direct impact on marketplace performance and company revenueHow to ApplyInterested candidates can share their resume at recruitment@omcmedical.co.uk with the subject line:“Application – E-commerce Management Expert”
