Role : Oracle Supply Chain Execution Consultant (Oracle Manufacturing Cloud)

Experience : 4 to 8 Years

NP : Immediate to 30 Days

Location : Delhi, Gurgaon

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Supply Chain Execution Consultant specializing in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud to design, configure, and implement solutions that enhance supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, a deep understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design and Implementation :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and related Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

2. Functional Expertise :

- Provide subject matter expertise in Oracle Manufacturing, Work Orders, BOM (Bill of Materials), WIP (Work in Process), Inventory, and Cost Management modules.

- Configure Oracle applications to meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

3. Integration and Testing :

- Coordinate with technical teams to design integrations with other systems and applications (e.g., Oracle Financials, Procurement, or third-party systems).

Develop and execute test scripts for functional and integration testing.

4. Support and Troubleshooting :

- Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues within Oracle Manufacturing Cloud modules.

5. Training and Documentation :

- Prepare user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and project deliverables.

Skills and Qualifications :

Required :

- 4 to 8 years of experience implementing Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and other Oracle SCM modules.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud processes, including BOM, Work Orders, Inventory, and Cost Management.

- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts like production scheduling, demand planning, and inventory optimization.

- Proficiency in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FBDI for reporting and data migration.

- Experience with configuring Oracle workflows and approval hierarchies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred :

- Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

- Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Procurement, or Planning modules.

- Oracle Cloud certification in Manufacturing or SCM modules.

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Master's degree is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

- Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.

- Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
