Our client is a leading financial technology firm dedicated to revolutionizing the way traders interact with financial markets.

Job Overview :

As a Senior Back End Developer, you will be instrumental in the development and maintenance of our advanced trading platform. Working alongside the Head of Engineering, Product Head and other developers, you will contribute to building robust and scalable back end solutions that drive the functionality and performance of our platform.

You will also assist and help the junior back end developers in their tasks and will be responsible for the overall software development roadmap. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with 2+ years of experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the fintech industry.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

- 2+ years of professional experience in building C/C++ based applications.

Required Skills :

- Proficiency in C/C++ standards and specifications.

- Thorough knowledge of the standard library, containers, and algorithms.

- Knowledge of developing multi-threaded applications.

- Experience in developing clients and servers for TCP and UDP protocols.

- Knowledge of C++ 14, C++ 17 and C++ 20 standards and specifications.

- Understanding of C++ concepts such as dynamic polymorphism and templates.

- Experienced in using code versioning systems such as Git or Mercurial.

- Proficiency in other languages such as C, Python and Bash.

- Experience in developing and deploying software on Linux.

- Knowledge of algorithms and data structures.

- Knowledge of SQL and MySQL.

- Knowledge of documenting processes and maintaining software development records.

- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
