Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Platform Engineer with 3- 6 years of experience to join our team in Noida/Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving scalable infrastructure and development platforms that support software engineering teams. You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance of the systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure platforms across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) or hybrid environments.

- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible, or similar.

- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable fast and safe software delivery.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system reliability and performance issues.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and SRE teams to enhance platform capabilities.

- Implement infrastructure as code (IaC), configuration management, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance policies are adhered to.

- Participate in capacity planning, cost optimization, and system scaling strategies.

- Maintain documentation for platform architecture, processes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3- 6 years of experience as a Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Infrastructure Engineer.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

- Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.

- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).

- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).

- Scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.

- Understanding of networking, security best practices, and infrastructure reliability.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have :

- Experience with service mesh (Istio, Linkerd) and cloud-native tools.

- Knowledge of GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD or Flux.

- Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps, etc.) are a plus.
