Job Description:

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer/Architect to manage the design, implementation, and execution of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, structural engineering, and hands-on construction management. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural and Structural Design:

  • Develop and review architectural and structural designs for a variety of civil projects.
  • Ensure designs meet all necessary safety, sustainability, and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineers and architects to refine and improve design concepts.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Construction Management:

  • Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise during construction.
  • Manage on-ground operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Estimation and Evaluation:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
  • Evaluate and analyze project costs, identifying potential areas for savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Monitor and report on project financials, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) license preferred.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in architectural design, structural engineering, and construction management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale civil projects.
