We are looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who can seamlessly manage both our offline retail store and online store operations, ensuring customers experience excellence at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive offline store sales, deliver a refined customer experience, and maintain strong client relationships. ● Manage website operations – product listings, data entry, and updates. ● Oversee inventory management to ensure accuracy across offline & online channels. ● Handle order processing and ensure smooth, timely fulfillment. ● Coordinate with shipping partners to guarantee a premium delivery experience. ● Maintain operational reports to align sales and logistics efficiently. What We’re Looking For: ● Experience in retail sales / store operations or e-commerce management preferred. ● Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and customer-first approach. ● Comfort with tools like Excel / Google Sheets and basic inventory platforms. ● A passion for design, lifestyle, and home décor is a plus.
