If you love uncovering insights from data, building analytical solutions, and working with modern data tools, this role is for you.Roles & Responsibilities : Analyze & Insight : - Leverage Python and SQL to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, uncovering actionable insights that drive business strategy and decision-making.- Problem Solving : Apply strong analytical skills to break down complex business problems, identify patterns and trends, and deliver data-driven solutions that optimize operations.Set the Standard : - Establish and promote best practices in data analysis, SQL query optimization, and Python scripting, ensuring clean, efficient, and well-documented code through regular peer reviews.End-to-End Analytics : - Work across the data pipeline from data extraction and cleaning to visualization and reporting, creating dashboards and reports that communicate insights effectively.Collaboration : - Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and fellow analysts to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.- Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging trends in data analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence tools to bring innovative solutions to the team.Desired Skills and Experience : - Strong expertise in Python (pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn, data manipulation libraries) and SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, optimization, window functions).- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, data visualization, and reporting tools.- Hands-on experience with data analysis workflows (ETL, data cleaning, exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, visualization).- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, data modeling).- Experience with version control systems (Git/GitHub).- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize query performance.- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Good to Have (Plus Points) : - Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).1. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).2. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.3. Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or similar).4. Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).5. Understanding of A/B testing and experimental design.6. Experience with API integration and data scraping.7.
