Job Title : Solution Designer - Financial Services - Mumbai

Target Industry : Banks/NBFCs/Fintech

Job Responsibility :

1. Work closely with Senior Solutions Designer, IT Leadership & vendor counterparts to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of ICF.

2. Document the current application and infrastructure architecture.

3. To serve as a bridge between the technical project team/vendor team and the business teams of ICF. He/She will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring that the final product aligns with the ICF business goals.

4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the ICF business processes, goals, and challenges. This involves gathering information from various stakeholders, conducting interviews, and studying existing systems and infrastructure.

5. Based on this research, he/she will collaborate with the Senior Solutions Designer, IT Leadership & vendor counterparts to design and document the technical solution. This includes creating architectural diagrams, defining system components, and outlining the integration points.

6. Once the solution design is finalized, he/she will work closely with the applications/infrastructure and the vendor teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution. He/She will provide guidance and support throughout the development process, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.

7. He/She will need to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, such as business executives.

8. He/She will need to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. He/She need to continuously expand their knowledge and skills to keep up with the rapidly changing Technology landscape.

Mandatory :

- Ability to work with Application Development and Infrastructure Teams to deliver the solution.

- Previous track record of Architecting and creating technology Solutions that is aligned with the organization's technology roadmap.

- Experience in the design & implementation of end-to-end data and application architectures.

- Experience in conceptual, logical and physical modelling.


- Experience in analyzing and implementing solutions to meet both functional and non-functional requirements.

- Extensive knowledge of operating systems, system security, cloud, micro services and database management.


- Good Conceptual Knowledge of AI, ML and Data Analytics

- Experience : 9+ Years of experience in application development and infrastructure with at least 3+ years of experience in Architecture and Solution Design.
