Area Manager Regular travel to Gurgaon, Noida, or Delhi outlets.Role Overview:We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Area Manager to oversee multiple QSR outlets. The role requires strong operational control, staff management, and adherence to brand standards. In addition to operations, the Area Manager will also be responsible for maintaining complete employee data and accurate Ensure all assigned outlets run smoothly and achieve sales, hygiene, and service standards.- Conduct daily/weekly outlet visits to monitor compliance, resolve issues, and maintain brand image.- Enforce punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company SOPs at all outlets.- Review outlet performance, sales reports, inventory usage, and expenses to ensure cost control.- Maintain accurate employee data: attendance, shift schedules, joining/resignations, and performance records.- Ensure timely submission of staff reports (login/logoff, daily work updates, etc.).- Identify training needs and support outlet managers in developing their teams.- Motivate staff while ensuring accountability, productivity, and discipline across outlets.- Address grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work Graduate in Hotel Management / Business Administration or equivalent.- 2 to 4 years of experience in QSR / Hospitality / Retail operations.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to maintain discipline and motivate teams.- Proficiency in MS Excel & reporting (mandatory for employee data management).- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned Travel allowance as per company policy.- Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding QSR brand.
