Job


1. System Configuration : Configure and maintain the SAP CATS module according to business requirements, including setting up time recording profiles, work schedules, and validations.


2. Integration Management : Collaborate with other SAP modules such as SAP HR, SAP Project Systems (PS), and SAP Finance (FI) to ensure seamless integration with CATS for time and project tracking purposes.


3. Customization : Customize CATS functionalities as needed, including creating custom fields, reports, and interfaces to support specific business processes.


4. User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on CATS functionality, including time entry, approval workflows, and reporting capabilities.


5. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Investigate and resolve issues related to CATS functionality, including data discrepancies, error messages, and system performance issues.


6. Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of CATS configurations, customizations, and user procedures to support knowledge transfer and compliance with organizational standards.


7. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the CATS module and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and usability.


8. Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement security measures to protect sensitive time-related information stored in the CATS module.


Qualifications :


1. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.


2. Minimum of 9 years of experience working with SAP CATS module, including configuration, customization, and support.


3. Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language for custom development and enhancement of CATS functionalities.


4. Strong understanding of integration between SAP modules, particularly SAP HR, SAP PS, and SAP FI.


5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.


6. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CATS functionality.


7. Experience with SAP Solution Manager for system monitoring and maintenance is a plus.


8. SAP certification in CATS module is desirable but not required.
