TCT Branding is looking for a Client Servicing Executive for their Mumbai Office.

What We're Looking For In The Candidate:

  • To be a liaison between the agency and the client.
  • Handle multiple accounts right from receiving design briefs, briefing the design team and managing account deliverables within the set timelines.
  • Actively engaging with the designing team to ensure that the design solution being presented to the client meets/surpasses expectations.
  • Collect feedback and resolve client complaints.
  • Allotting work to the team members, and updating them if there are any changes needed.
  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationship with existing clients.
  • Responsible for delivery of creatives of all projects and ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables at all times.
  • Working towards growing client retention and growth in organic Business.
  • Manage and keep your team motivated.
  • Manage Team's Roster.
  • Present monthly reports your reporting manager & management.
  • A team player, who has an eye for details, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a background in Graphic Designing/ has an in-depth understanding of design principles and visual aesthetics.
  • Applicant must be a level-headed person with strong communication skills.
  • Should possess understanding of softwares like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Adept at multitasking, decision making and problem solving.
  • Ability to handle crisis situations with ease.
  • High quality work output.
  • Quality checking, proof reading before sharing the final design/artwork with the client.
  • Quick response to deadlines and an eye for detail.

Work Experience: 2-3 years of experience.
