We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Lead (8+ Years Experience) for Mumbai Location. (WFO)Experience : Min 7+yrs (With Team Handling Experience)Location : MumbaiNotice : Immediate JoinersPrimary Skills : Java,Spring Boot,React.Js,Rest API, PL/SQLKey Responsibilities Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high standards in coding,design, and execution. Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing technicaldirection and removing blockers. Drive solutioning and architecture for new projects, including technologyselection and estimations. Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Spring Boot andrelated frameworks. Build and optimize RESTful APIs for seamless integration with frontend andthird-party systems. Develop and deploy microservices-based solutions following modernarchitectural practices. Implement database solutions using PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, and Redis toensure performance and scalability. Ensure delivery of clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers,architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure stability and high availability. Contribute to technical documentation and internal knowledge-sharing. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to fullstack development.Technical Skills RequiredCore Backend Technologies Java (8+): Strong understanding of OOP, collections, multithreading,exception handling. Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security. Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs includingknowledge of HTTP, request/response lifecycle, and API documentation toolslike Swagger/OpenAPI. Experience with microservices architecture, service discovery, and inter-service communication. Expertise in PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and familiarity with Redis for caching.Frontend Technologies ReactJS with solid knowledge of component design, hooks, statemanagement, and API integration. Experience with JSP, Thymeleaf, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery whereapplicable.Intersted candidates can share their CV's to Pranjal.Deshmukh@Simplelogic.in
