This is a full-time, office-based role offering the opportunity to work on innovative customer experience technology solutions built using modern software development practices and cloud-native architecture.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate in an Agile development environment with Product Designers, Customer Success Managers, Engineers, and QA professionalsDesign, implement, and test software and configuration upgrades throughout the development lifecycleMaintain software configuration in line with documentation and coding standardsFollow established procedures and best practices for clean, maintainable codeTechnical Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related fieldsStrong foundation in software engineering principles, including algorithms and data structuresProficiency in at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., .NET C#)Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL (basic to intermediate queries)Exposure to front-end frameworks such as Vue.js or similarFamiliarity with source control tools (e.g., Git); knowledge of CI/CD workflows is a plusSoft Skills:Customer-focused mindset – can understand and prioritize user needsSelf-motivated and eager to grow within the companyStrong team collaboration and communication skillsPassionate about learning new tools and staying up to date with tech trendsComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldWhat’s in store for you:Strong career development opportunities within Acquarius CapstormWork with a cloud-native technology stackExposure to modern tools and development methodologiesBe part of a team making a real impact in the CX tech spaceReady to make an impact?Join a team where innovation is encouraged, ideas are valued, and your contributions help shape the future of our platform.
