We are currently recruiting an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, improve workflows, and drive data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven). - Automate business workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. - Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide insights. - Develop and manage Power Virtual Agents to assist with self-service solutions. - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, Azure, and third-party systems via APIs and connectors. - Maintain security, governance, and compliance across Power Platform applications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as needed. - Stay current on Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Excellent knowledge of Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and PowerShell Minimum 2 years experience - Minimum 4 years experience in IT Development in general - Web Technologies Office 365 SharePoint - Microsoft Power Apps Power Automate Logic Apps Azure Functions - Database SQL Server PostgreSQL NoSQL Oracle - Repository Gitlab GitHub - Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell or JavaScript). - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Languages Python - Analytical minded and good design thinking - Strong English communication skills - Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to explain technical problems to nontechnical people - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or higher. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform (e.g., Azure DevOps).Job Responsibilities/Objectives:- Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions. - Liaise with Microsoft Technical teams to support solutions. - Gather and analyse solution requirements, document specifications, and develop solutions to meet customer needs. - Analyse and review enhancement requests and specifications. - Implement applications and customise to client requirements.
