Job Title: Azure AD and Identity Management Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Azure AD and Identity Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and efficiency of our organization's identity management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage Azure AD and MIM solutions, including directory services, identity governance, and access management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and compliance to ensure alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Azure AD and MIM, including authentication, authorization, and identity management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure AD and MIM technologies, including new features, releases, and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of security measures, including multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of Azure AD and MIM solutions in production environments.
  • Participate in the planning and implementation of identity management upgrades and migrations, including hardware and software upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, technical guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with the IT management team to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Azure AD and MIM, with a strong focus on directory services, identity governance, and access management.
  • Proficiency in Azure AD, including Azure AD Connect, Azure AD B2B, and Azure AD B2C.
  • Experience with MIM, including MIM 2016 and MIM 2019.
  • Strong understanding of identity management principles, including authentication, authorization, and identity federation.
  • Experience with Azure AD security features, including multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD development tools, including Azure AD Graph API, Azure AD PowerShell, and Azure AD SDK.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with source control management tools, including Git and SVN.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including Jenkins and Azure DevOps.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, including Ansible, Puppet, and Chef.
  • Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, including neural networks and deep learning.
  • Experience with cybersecurity best practices and threat modeling.
  • Azure certifications, including AZ-500, AZ-900, or AZ-400.
