HR Manager.About the role:We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our people operations and help shape a thriving, performance-driven culture.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, grievance handling, and employee engagement with a strong understanding of fast-paced digital or e-commerce environments.Key Responsibilities:HR Operations & Compliance:- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of policies and processes.- Ensure timely completion of payroll, statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.), and audit requirements.Recruitment & Onboarding:- Drive talent acquisition strategies to attract high-performing candidates.- Ensure seamless onboarding and induction experience for new hires.Performance Management & Appraisals:- Coordinate annual and mid-year appraisal cycles, ensuring fairness and transparency.- Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking performance progress.Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.- Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by ensuring open communication.Employee Engagement & Culture Building:- Plan and execute engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.- Foster a collaborative, motivated, and value-driven workplace Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- 4+ years of experience in HR operations and talent management, preferably within E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Tech-based companies.- Hands-on experience using KEKA HRMS for payroll, performance, and attendance management (mandatory).- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll systems, and statutory compliance.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Job Location: Indore, onsite.Ready to take ownership, build culture, and grow with a thriving digital brand?
