Role Purpose: Accounting/ Financial Reporting and Control for Overseas entities (Dubai).Designation: Senior Specialist - Financial Reporting & ControlBase Location: Navi MumbaiKey Role Responsibilities:Addition and Deletion of Fixed Assets during the month in ERPPreparation and Reconciliation of FA and CWIP Schedules on monthly basisPreparation of Balance sheet and P&L Schedules on monthly basisPreparation of working and posting of Journal Entries for overseas entitiesPreparation of Bank Reconciliation on monthly basisPerforming Inter Company Reconciliation for all overseas entitiesPreparation of Flash, IFRS and Management packPreparation of MIS Reports and Other Additional scheduleOracle Reports submission on monthly basisEngaging with Overseas stakeholders during month end activitiesBalance confirmation from vendor and customerSupport for Year-end activities/ Group Audit/ Internal AuditSupport for preparation of Audited financial statement as per IFRSSkills & Competencies:Experience in major ERPs like SAP/OracleMinimum 5 years’ working experience in financial accounting, management and reporting role.Awareness and depth knowledge of Tax Laws, Accounting, MIS Reports, Balance sheet and P&L Schedules.Experience in Financial Accounting, management and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Education & Qualifications:CA with 3 years’ experience orB.Com/M.COM/Inter CA/ Cost Accountant /MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) with 5 to 10 years’ experience in Accounting/ Financial Reporting and Control.
