This role is for someone who wants ownership – of classes, content, outcomes and student experience. Teach Physics for school + competitive level in a concept-first, discussion-driven style Take offline and online classes, doubt sessions and strategy sessions Work closely with founders on academics, content, mock tests and new products Be amentor and friendto students – approachable, honest, and invested in their journeyWho This Is For Education:Tier-1 college(IIT / IISER / NIT / BITS or equivalent) Deep understanding of Physics and love for teaching Outstanding communication skills– clear, structured, confident Startup mindset: ownership > comfort, long-term > short-term, team > egoIf you just want a stable timetable and fixed routine, this is not for you.
