The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, user behavior, and product usability, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, elegant, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define design goals.Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to derive actionable insights.Create personas, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Design pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.Develop and maintain design systems and style guides for consistency across platformsWork closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffs and implementation.Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and innovations.Skills & Tools Required:Design Tools: Figma (mandatory), Adobe XD, Sketch, InVisionPrototyping Tools: Figma, Marvel, FramerCollaboration Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, NotionDesign Expertise:User-Centered Design (UCD) & Design ThinkingUser research & usability testingVisual hierarchy, typography, and responsive layoutsMaintaining design systems & style guidesNice-to-Have:Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for developer collaborationFamiliarity with AI-based design tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins)Ideal Candidate:1–4 years of hands-on UI/UX design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing user-focused designs and prototypesExcellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skillsPassionate about creating seamless, intuitive user experiences
